My Workout Recap

I completed this Tabata after ZWOW #7 for a cardio burst. It blasted my heart rate up to 178!

Burpee with Push-up: 4, 4, 4, 4
Weighted Squat Jumps: 15, 15, 15, 16

For the jump squats, I used my 40 lb Sandbag, loaded in the front. My push-ups were from my knees.
