Today my workout was Don’t Worry Child HiitLean 6 from

Here’s how the workout goes:

Push-Up Jump Squat with Sandbag
Agility Jumps with Sandbag
Tricep Dips
Running Man
Push-Up Half Burpees

It’s a 15 minute workout. Set your interval timer to 15 rounds: 50 seconds work, 10 seconds rest.

My Workout

I used my 40 lb. sandbag, my old school incline Firm step for the running man and my dip station. I tipped my dip station on it’s side for the push-up half burpees and used it standing up for my tricep dips. I added a forth round to make the workout 20 minutes (20R 50/10)

Push-Up Jump Squat with Sandbag: 5, 5, 5, 5
Agility Jumps with Sandbag: 8, 12, 12, 11
Tricep Dips: 26, 26, 28, 24
Running Man: 36, 36, 37, 37
Push-Up Half Burpees: 8, 9, 9, 10

I finished up with 2 Tabatas (8R 20/10). The first was jump rope and the 2nd I did tap downs from my 8″ step.

Great workout! I burned 433 calories.
