The 500 Rep Workout - Fat Killer Here’s the workout that I cranked out this morning. This is one intense bodyweight workout!

The 500 Rep Workout – Fat Killer
100 Frog Jumps
50 Full Burpees
100 Knee to Elbow Plank
50 Push-ups
200 Mountain Climbers

You complete all of these reps with proper form for time.

Here’s the order that I completed all the reps.

20 Frog Jumps
20 Full Burpees
50 Knee to Elbow Planks
20 Frog Jumps
25 Push-ups
20 Full Burpees
20 Frog Jumps
100 Mountain Climbers
20 Frog Jumps
50 Knee to Elbow Planks
10 Full Burpees
25 Push-ups (arm death!!)
20 Frog Jumps
100 Mountain Climbers

My time was 24:17.6. I finished with a jump rope Tabata (8 rounds 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest). My entire workout (including warm-up and cool down) took me under 36 minutes and I burned 436 calories with an average heart rate of 150 and max of 173.
